Hey everyone, my name is Monica and im a late-20's girl that has always struggled with weight since at a very young age. This blog is about continued efforts in eating low carb/paleo. Which I've passed 2 years mark back in Feb 2013. I started this blog in March 2011 and update when I get a chance to. My usual blogs consist of workout activities like: lifting, running, and random things. My ultimate goal is to have a healthy lifestyle and just plain enjoy my life to the fullest!

    Some updates..

    _3rd year doing low carb and paleo!

    _squat PR is 245lb for 1RM. You read that right

    _deadlift pr is 255lb only because my hands are tiny and my grip isnot that good

    _bench pr is modest at 120lb.

    _ohp pr at 90lb

    _school and work is kicking my ass and I’m trying to survive!

    _gained 10lbs recently and trying to cut back.

    _broke up with valen and I’m dating again!

    friday’s workout 8-16-13

    still working on 190lb squats.

    recorded benchpress for the first time.. looks like i need to go lower to touch chest.

    my rows improved a Little. but need more attention on the “bouncing” my back does…
