Detox, detox, detox..

Goodbye weekend… goodbye IDGAF Diet… and hellooooo Detox water!

So I gained 10 lbs of water weight this weekend and ballooned up to 148. AWESOME-DESU! DESU! DESU! (sorry.. I’ve been catching up on anime today and I just finished an AWESOME workout today and am so PUMPED! so DESU DESU DESU!).. ahem-hem-hem…

Anywho~~

Didn’t end up going to Souplantation (name drawn from box), because of a few reasons.. one of them being that I was full as Frack and yeahh.. it was kinda late by the time I was actually hungry. Oh and Valen was passed out so I couldn’t do nothing.. ._. . meh. So I ended Sunday night (or started I should say..) by drinking 6 glasses of lemon water. I was up pretty late at night mostly to pee it all out… God bless lemon water. #salute

And today (Memorial Day) we went to Denny’s for lunch around 1pm-ish and I got a Grand Slam thing with eggs, sausage, bacon, and a bagel with cream cheese. I Did Not Know That you could sub BAGEL for toast! That solves my toast crisis! Because I hate white toast and wheat toast totally kills me. I don’t know why. And it was super nice that we got awesome service at a Denny’s (we changed locations because the one we were going to in the new neighborhood was SUCKING MAJOR ASS).. and this new one today pretty rocked. So I left pretty happy dappy.

I realize I am either super easy to PLEASE or super easy to PISS OFF.. haha!! I wonder if that means I’m simple minded….

Anyway.. back to the ticker~~

I just finished my Turbo fire workout today which consisted of:

  • HIIT 30
  • Fire 30
  • Couple of sets of slow squats, pushups, and yoga poses in the cool down.

HIIT is no joke folks! I’m ecstatic I had enough energy to pull off both workouts today. Then again.. I did have that massive storage of carb loaded up in my whatever tank of energyness. Yes. Energyness. I’m pretty sure the word I’m thinking of is glycogen.. but me kinda dum dum so I just say Energyness! herp-derp..

And my ending weight today is 142.4. Not too bad coming from 148 last night if I should say so myself! I must guzzle down moar lemon water!

If all goes well.. I should be back to my regular 138-140 range by Wednesday-Thursday. *crosses fingers

Ohhhh! And I have a job interview tomorrow! I’m pretty excited. :) I’ll update how that goes tomorrow night. I have a pretty good feeling about this one too! mahahahaha..

Now I must go review and ‘practice’ my answers for interview. Hazzah!

Teaching myself the importance of…

Benefits of Carb restriction. By eating the IDGAF diet this weekend.

Step 1: eat a boat load of food

Saturday -3 by 3 lettuce wrap burger and flying Dutchman from in n out. -slice of pizza hut pizza -half bag of hot fries Cheetos -handful of five alarm pants -all American slam from Dennys -about 6 cans of diet soda and 4 cups of coffee

Sunday -deluxe breakfast platter from McDonalds -bbq meat and chicken -a small cookie -coke zeros and some water -not sure yet but maybe hit up soup plantation later for dinner…

Why soup plantation? We pulled out from the box this weekend.. Lol!

Do yeah.. Don’t try this at home kids unless you want to gain 10lbs of water weight ina short period of time.. Which sucks and feels pretty miserable. Imagine drinking a lot of liquid but not peeing it all out.. Today I woke up at 148 with a belly full like a balloon. Carbs and sugar are bad for you folks. Especially if you are extremely sensitive like I am. Seriously.

Anyway… As terrible as I feel right about now, I still stand by my decisions because food is delicious! It’ll take me the entire next week to get the water weight out back to 138s but I’m okay with that.

Omg i can relate to this so much. My sisters make fun of me cuz i “work out too much.” Sometimes i feel stupid working out in front of them… but it doesnt stop me. Yesterday i was running up n down the stairs in my house while they were in the same room, sitting on the couch, watching tv and eating pizza. So who looked stupid now?
